Created conceptual sketches, wireframes and visual designs for the iOS platform. Also provided direction and feedback to designers across the iOS, Android and mWeb teams.
Project Highlights: Redesigning the iOS app (hotels, flights and rental car paths), integrating PayPal and Apple Pay, developing the “Deals Near Me” feature for iPhone, helping to conceptualize and design the “Unlocked Deals” feature – which provided a 13% conversion lift to the Express Deals product, designing a “My Trips” feature for iOS and Android and having an opportunity to design for the Apple Watch.
Priceline.com | Senior Mobile UI/UX Designer | 2011 –2013
Lead designer of Priceline’s mobile presence for iPhone, Android, mWeb and Windows 7 phone. Based on A/B testing, user testing and business objectives, I worked alongside developers and project owners to research, wireframe, design and test compelling user centered experiences. Working on small teams in an agile environment, we were able to iterate rapidly to produce high performing and intuitive designs.
Project highlights: Designing and continuing to improve the iPhone experience, launching Priceline’s first mobile optimized flight booking path, overhauling the iPad experience and seeing customer service calls decrease by 80% after launch, designed a “Skip the Bid” feature for the Name Your Own Price™product that increased conversion by 21%.
The Onion | Senior Mobile/Web Designer | 2007 – 2011
Worked closely with the editorial and web development team to generate ideas and develop design strategies for various digital projects. From the wireframe stage through to the final design comps, I was responsible for translating the needs of The Onion, its users and its advertisers into effective design solutions.
Project highlights: The redesign of The Onion’s website, the design of: the iPhone and iPad Apps, Onion News Network’s IFC show website, The Onion Sportsdome website, The War For The White House 2008 Election Coverage and The Onion Store, both web and mobile.
Clients include: Ride The City, Patch, Howcast, Bare Necessities, Realty Collective, Little Yoga House, Frankies Brooklyn, Canine Companions for Independence, Travel Planners/Quikbook.

Advisor to approximately 600 Graphic Design, Advertising and Illustration students. Responsible for curriculum design development and departmental promotion. Pratt representative at the annual Adobe Partners By Design Convention in California. In charge of running the end of semester student surveys and played an integral role in the organization of the yearly Pratt Show at the Manhattan Center.
